To build your reading we collect what you choose to share: your name, birth date, birth time and birth place; your voice while you talk to Astra; conversation transcripts; and your email address if you save a reading or sign in. We also store a random visitor identifier in your browser (localStorage) to remember your session and usage limits, and technical logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and rate limiting.
Birth data is used to compute your astrological chart. Voice and transcripts power the live conversation and the post-session summary. Your email is used to deliver your reading and to sign you in; we add you to product updates only if you explicitly opt in (you can unsubscribe any time).
We use a small set of processors: Google Cloud (Vertex AI) streams and processes your voice during the conversation; Stripe processes payments (we never see your card number); Resend delivers our emails. Each processes data on our instructions under their own security terms. Generated readings and PDFs are stored on our own servers.
Charts, summaries and readings are kept so you can return to them. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to support@astrahub.app from the email you used — we delete within 30 days.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your birth data or conversations for advertising. We do not knowingly serve minors.
We use a session cookie (sign-in state) and browser localStorage (visitor id, language, cached reading). No third-party advertising cookies.
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email us and we will honour them.
