AstraHub plans are one-time digital purchases that unlock conversation time and written-reading content immediately after payment. Because delivery starts right away, purchases are generally non-refundable once the paid time or content has been substantially used.
We will refund in full if a technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for (for example, the session could not start and your paid minutes stayed unused), or if you were charged in error. Ask within 14 days of the purchase.
Email support@astrahub.app from the address linked to the purchase (or include your payment receipt from Stripe). We answer within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and revoke the corresponding plan.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly.
