AstraHub ("we", "us") provides Astra — a voice-based AI astrology experience available at astrahub.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Astrological readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Astra is an artificial intelligence; her responses are generated content, not statements of fact. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you must not rely on it as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
An account is created when you verify your email address via a sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure; the sign-in links we send open access to your account, so do not forward them.
The Service includes a limited free voice preview per visitor. Paid plans (one-time purchases) extend your conversation time and unlock additional written-reading content. Prices are shown before purchase and charged in USD via our payment processor, Stripe. Paid talk time is consumed as you use it and does not expire on a fixed date unless stated otherwise at purchase. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: abuse, overload or probe the Service; attempt to bypass usage limits or payment; use the Service to harass or harm anyone; or attempt to extract our underlying prompts, models or knowledge base. We may suspend access that violates these rules.
The Service, its design, copy and knowledge base are ours or our licensors'. Your readings are generated for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
